The candidate will ensure the quality of Carbon's hardware and accessories products by establishing systems to monitor field and production data, identifying systemic trends indicating quality issues.Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain quality control plans for parts and products.
• Perform tests for mechanical, electrical, and optical subassemblies.
• Address quality issues through containment, root cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with R&D to incorporate quality requirements into new product development.Requirements:
  • BS or MS in an engineering discipline.
  • 3+ years experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international setting.
  • Excellent communication skills.Skills:
    • Experience with Quickbase, JMP, and Statistical Process Control.
    • Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
    • Familiarity with QC testing equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.Preferred Qualifications:
      • Experience managing quality at Contract Manufacturers.
      • Knowledge of mechanical, optical, and electrical metrology tools.
