Job Description:

Well known construction company in the Bay Area is looking for a Project Manager with OSHPD experience. 5+ years PM experience-Knowledgeable in OSHPD and technical construction- manage project cost and job profitability-Intense focus on client satisfaction and lasting client relationships-Constantly strives for perfect service-Attention to detail-On site visual inspections-Work with Superintendent to coordinate field work-negotiate pricing with both clients and subcontractors.
