This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative, growing company that is a leader in the Engineering industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design and development of residential structures, using their expertise in structural analysis, civil engineering, seismic design, and construction management. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Responsibilities:1. Design and analyze structural components and systems for residential projects, ensuring they meet all necessary codes and standards.2. Use advanced software tools like Revit for creating detailed 3D models and designs.3. Conduct structural analysis to determine the integrity and durability of structures.4. Collaborate with architects, construction managers, and other engineers to ensure the successful completion of projects.5. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.6. Prepare and present reports detailing the structural design process and results.7. Use your knowledge of seismic design to create structures that can withstand natural disasters.8. Manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.9. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in structural and civil engineering, implementing new techniques and technologies where appropriate.10. Participate in project meetings and contribute to the decision-making process.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering. A Master's degree would be a plus.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural design, specifically in the residential sector.3. Proficiency in using engineering software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other structural analysis tools.4. Solid understanding of seismic design and construction management.5. Excellent knowledge of steel design and other materials used in residential construction.6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.8. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.9. Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.10. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.11. Willingness to continue learning and improving skills in the field of structural engineering.12.
