active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is available
for two part-time Physical Therapists to provide specialized
support in a middle school setting located in Oakland, CA. This
contract position requires on-site presence to deliver quality care
and intervention to students during school hours. Responsibilities
include: - Assessing and implementing physical therapy plans
tailored to individual student needs. - Collaborating with
educators, parents, and other professionals to support student
progress. - Monitoring and documenting student performance and
therapy outcomes. - Providing appropriate interventions to address
physical challenges that impact learning and mobility.
Qualifications: - Valid Physical Therapist licensure. - Experience
working within school environments is preferred. - Strong
communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to commit to on-site
work, approximately 2-4 hours per month. This is a contract role
with the potential for renewal, offering flexibility yet requiring
on-site engagement to ensure effective student support. The
position focuses on middle school-aged children and involves
