Job Description Assistant Project Manager – Luxury Residential San Francisco Bay Area $90K–$125K per year Our client is a top-tier luxury residential builder with over 25 years of experience delivering high-end custom homes throughout California. Current projects are located in the San Francisco Bay Area as well as Southern California, including Santa Monica, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Marina del Rey, and Malibu, with values ranging from $5M to $40M. They are actively seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support multiple luxury home builds from preconstruction through delivery. Candidates must bring a passion for craftsmanship, organization, and client service.
