Job Description:

Position - PLM Admin
Location - Livermore CA - Onsite for atleast 2 days a week (No remote work)
Duration - 6-12 months extendable

Responsibilities:

PLM help desk support

Working with users to resolve PLM issues - perform administrative functions (no coding required)
Assign tasks that cannot be resolved by help desk team to higher level admins
Follow-up with admins to close issues within cycle time goals
Running reports for monthly metrics
ENOVIA/PLM experience / help desk experience desired

PLM regression testing

Primarily involves running through a set of test scenarios in PLM to confirm ongoing development didn't break existing functionality. Record bugs and follow through with developers to closure. Someone with JIRA experience would be preferable

Escalate late completion of workflow tasks

Meet with users to push task closure / escalate up to mgmt. - someone who doesn't shy away from conflict / can be firm would be good
Pull together some reports (mostly Excel) for late tasks
