Position Overview: This position is responsible for office general operations including answering phone calls, replying to emails, and providing supports to customers and managers.Key responsibilities include: Greeting customers to the office, answering phones, scheduling appointments.Check order status, provide payment support, and process repair & return labels for customers.Manage office paperwork including filing, scanning, and organizing invoices and other documentationSpecific qualifications: Able to write and communicate in English fluentlyAssociate degree or equivalent, preferred.Customer Service 1 year, preferred.Microsoft Office Skill 1 year, preferred.Proficiencies in computer and Microsoft Office software.About YadavYadav has been a family-run business since 1983.
