across a dynamic portfolio of projects. What You’ll Be Responsible
For Lead regional operations, overseeing both administrative and
field activities Own project financial performance, including cost
control, estimating oversight, subcontracting, and billing Maintain
a strong, professional presence while fostering a culture of
accountability and quality Manage, mentor, and develop team
members, including hiring and training Partner with sales and
operations teams to resolve complex project and client challenges
Assign projects strategically and balance team workloads for
optimal efficiency Ensure projects are planned, scheduled, and
executed on time and within budget Evaluate and manage vendor and
subcontractor relationships Support and collaborate with local and
national sales teams to drive growth Build and maintain strong
client relationships through consistent communication and service
excellence Review contracts, monitor job progress, and ensure
compliance with plans and codes Oversee billing and collections to
maintain healthy cash flow Address client concerns promptly and
effectively Review and report on weekly sales and operational
performance What You Bring to the Table Solid experience in
construction operations, with multi-family experience strongly
preferred Proven leadership experience managing teams and projects
Strong understanding of project financials, including profit and
loss accountability Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience
with systems like NAV, Procore, or Sage is a plus Excellent
communication and organizational skills Strong customer service
mindset with the ability to work across diverse stakeholders
Confident decision-maker with a proactive, problem-solving approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed (up to
50%) High school diploma or equivalent required Why This Role
