This role will be part of the engineering team responsible for the design, assembly and test verification of next generation plasma-based semiconductor processing equipment. This role will be responsible for improving the productivity of such equipment for strip applications. Candidates performance will be subject to peer review.Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the resolution to complex process-hardware interaction problems.
• Project management of key customer productivity issues.
• Perform detailed engineering analysis, such as material compatibility & defect analysis.
• Conduct well-defined experiments and tests pertaining to the development work or for FA.
• Interact with customers to understand key issues, problem statement, and define resolution plan.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Interact with suppliers to request, review, and direct their work.
• Write high-quality reports to clearly document key elements of problem solving or design.
• Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering field (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or physical science (e.g. Physics, Chemistry, Material Sciences).
  • Two to five plus years' experience in Process and/or Systems Engineering.
  • Project management skills, including project planning, team organization, execution and proper closure.
  • Hands-on engineering skills, e.g. using common lab tools such as an oscilloscope and troubleshooting complex equipment, system, instrument, or device.
