About the role - you will:& -. If you& looking for a role that

status quo. Reporting to the Director of Corporate FP&A, as a
Staff Analyst you will: -: Develop and provide financial reporting
and forecasts throughout the quarter including metrics, analysis
and recommendations for proper course of action to drive corporate
objectives. Lead projects to enhance, develop and implement finance
reporting infrastructure for connected planning and business
intelligence tools. Develop and maintain forecast models for net
income, cash flow and balance sheet with key drivers. Analyze and
report revenue, COGS & expenses, and margins at the Corporate level
and the detailed product level. Create compelling executive level
reports and dashboards for agile decision-making leveraging
connected planning and business intelligence tools. Demonstrate
good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining
solutions. Define decision support metrics driven analytics and
create a view that allows Seagate to think beyond "first line"
analytics. About you:& -: Excellent communication, interpersonal
skills and organizational skills with experience in executive
management reporting. Ability to meet deliverables in a
challenging, fast-paced, demanding environment, and manage multiple
projects simultaneously. Highly analytical and comfortable with
reporting, analyzing, summarizing large data sets. Creative with
ability to exercise a high level of independent judgment and strong
attention to detail. Capable of automating repeatable business
processes and BI report creation. Your experience includes:& -:
Bachelors in Finance/Accounting necessary. 8+ years&rsquo
experience in financial analysis or business operations in
high-tech manufacturing company. Strong project management and
organizational skills. Advanced skills in Business Intelligence and
planning tools such as Tableau, Business Objects, and SAP BPC.
Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced, demanding
environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated
ability to align inputs from multiple teams to achieve business
