Job Description:
Responsibilities:Analyze the current cost accounting solution
implemented by the companyOversee unit cost validation, WIP
valuation and integrity of physical inventory count
programsRecommend ongoing process solutions to keep the integrity
of the cost dataWork closely with in-house IT to test and implement
corrective solutions as neededAssist in upcoming ERP system
implementationWork on daily requests to set ERP unit cost standards
in the Americas region Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in
Accounting or FinanceAt least 3 years cost accounting
experienceAnalytical thinker with attention to details and strong
problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of
a team under global environmentERP experience in Microsoft Nav
and/or Oracle Inventory, Cost Management and WIP modulesGeneral
understanding of item and BOM structure in manufacturing
environmentProficient using Microsoft Office with advanced skills
in ExcelProgram Management in finance role for ERP implementation
also a plus
